By accessing or using Socialize ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Socialize is a personal social relationship manager that allows users ("Hosts") to manage contacts, create hangout events, send invitations via SMS and email, and track RSVPs. Guests may RSVP to hangouts without creating an account.
To create a Host account, you must verify your phone number via SMS. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information.
You agree not to:
The Service may send SMS messages for account verification, hangout invitations, and event reminders. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP to any message. You consent to receive SMS messages from hosts whose hangouts you RSVP to.
The Socialize name, logo, and service are proprietary. You retain ownership of the content you create (contact lists, hangout details, messages), and grant Socialize a limited license to use this content solely to operate the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Socialize shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may discontinue use of the Service at any time.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes.
